“Milagro” is a 1981 – 43’ Spindrift Cutter Rigged Sailboat. She is a
Ron Amy design, heavy built, full keel, blue water, fast, double
ender, passagemaker designed to sail anywhere, a true, uncompromised
world cruiser, while at the same time possessing an elegant and
functional, solid teak interior. A boat with this quality interior
would virtually be impossible to build today. She has been lovingly
maintained and improved by her owner, which now reluctantly offers her
up for sale.
She features 2 private cabins, a comfortable salon, and a U-shaped
galley. She is a serious, ocean going vessel with an unusual amount of
storage, living space, tankage and range, making her an ideal
live-aboard as well.
She is currently located in the heart of paradise, La Paz, the
gateway to the Sea of Cortez. Dozens of beautiful anchorages with
white sandy beaches and crystal clear warm Sea of Cortez water, all

Accommodations

The companionway is offset to starboard, a spiral staircase leads down to the spacious salon with an inside steering station, engine gauges and controls to starboard.  To Port there is a lovely large teak table with a U-shaped settee.

Forward and down two steps into a U-shaped galley to port with ample refrigerator and freezer, propane stove top and oven, a double stainless steel sink, and an amazing amount of storage.

Forward to Starboard is the head, with a Crown Head II, freshwater flush, macerator toilet, with electronic controls, and a self contained, standup shower, with electric shower sump.

Continuing forward and stepping up a step is the forward berth, with two hanging lockers, drawers under the bed.  Also located under the bed is the forward air conditioner, and the hidden safe for storing valuables while underway.

The aft cabin features a double berth to starboard and a large step in closet.  Again the amount of storage available is astounding.

The auxiliary engine, and the generator is accessed under the salon sole, through two large hinged, self supporting hatches.

The interior features outstanding solid teak woodwork of the highest caliber throughout.
